While most of the products on our website ship out within 36 hours some products may be out of stock or backordered by the time we receive your order. While some products show as in stock or show estimated ship dates these are only our best estimates and not a guarantee. Backorders:

In the unusual event that one of the items you order becomes unavailable or backordered you will be contacted by a member of our customer service staff and informed of the time period required obtaining your product.
